Přihlášení na mé kurzy závěsné akrobacie je otevřené. Kurzy jsou určené pro děti, teens i dospělé, a to jak pro začátečníky, tak pro pokročilé. Zaměřují se na rozvoj síly, flexibility, koordinace a techniky závěsné akrobacie s důrazem na bezpečnost a správné provedení prvků. Lekce probíhají v menších skupinách, s individuálním přístupem a respektem k možnostem každého účastníka.

Registration for my aerial acrobatics courses is open. The courses are designed for children, teens, and adults, and are suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. They focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and aerial technique, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper execution of skills. Classes take place in small groups, allowing for an individual approach and respect for each participant’s abilities.
